The W 250i cold milling machine, a flagship model in the large milling machine range, is designed for high-performance rehabilitation of large surfaces of all types. Although this equipment appears to be designed for large-scale production, it is equipped with the LEVEL PRO system, developed by Wirtgen GmbH. Its software is specifically programmed for milling machines, enabling high-precision leveling.
The system consists of a control unit and several sensors, whose data allow operators to easily manage the various milling parameters. The graphical display, which continuously shows both the actual values and target settings from the different sensors, enables operators to quickly adjust their operating strategy according to job site conditions.

Although the use of heavy equipment has an environmental impact, it is significantly reduced by the technological advancements integrated into the W 250i, as with most of HDF Constructions’s equipment fleet.
Equipped with an ultra-modern engine designed to deliver the lowest possible emissions, this milling machine meets the strictest emission standards. For effective exhaust gas treatment, the engine is fitted with an oxidation catalyst, an SCR catalyst, and a diesel particulate filter.
In addition, these ECO engines operate very quietly, and the effective soundproofing of the engine compartment ensures low noise levels, thereby improving working conditions on job sites.
